Biden talks about work visas

On Saturday, August 15, 2020, the Democratic presidential candidate gave his opinion about the restrictions implemented by the Trump administration on work visas.

The former Vice President openly stated, “My heart goes out to all those of you who have been the targets in a rise in hate crimes, the crackdown of legal immigration, including the sudden and harmful actions on H-1B visas made America stronger and brought out nation closer.”

In addition to that, Biden assured that if elected, he will strengthen the relationship with India and with the thousands of workers who travel annually from that nation to help the development and socioeconomic growth of the US.

Biden plans to remove restrictions on work visas and improve the legal immigration system in order to decrease illegal immigration and protect local resources.
