Immigration News Recap 23rd August 2021
This is the best time in years to start your immigration journey in the US or complete a pending case. This is mainly because, between 2017 and 2021, former President Donald Trump’s administration made more than 400 changes to the local immigration system, which were aimed at restricting immigration in general, that is, hindering existing processes, increasing eligibility requirements and narrowing the alternatives available to foreign populations. Adding to that, the global Coronavirus pandemic also contributed to immigration levels falling substantially around the world, pausing international traffic almost completely for multiple consecutive months.
However, even though it is the best time to submit your immigration application, it is important to explain that several processes have changed and it is imperative to learn about current immigration policies and follow the advice of experts. Motion Law Immigration has the solution for you.
