The USCIS Contact Center offers more options now

The US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) is the entity that receives, reviews, and responds to all immigration applications.

In addition to that, USCIS implemented new and more sophisticated technology for its interactive voice response telephone system (IVR):

• The caller can verbally answer and speak to the system without using the keypad to choose the available options.
• The USCIS voice system has the ability to send links containing specific forms by email or text message.

USCIS offices reopen soon
