The Parameters of the Rule

According to the Final Rule:

• Eligible American employers will be able to pay a higher fee, called a premium fee, to expedite their immigration applications.
• Eligible foreigners will also be able to pay the premium fee to expedite their processing.

It is important to explain that premium processing will only be available for certain specific immigration categories, especially those related to business immigration programs.
